The Coastal Data Information Program measures, analyzes, archives and disseminates coastal engineers, planners, and managers, as well as scientist and mariners.

The Coastal Data Information Program (CDIP) is operated by the Ocean Engineering Research Group (OERG) of the Integrative Oceanography Division (IOD) at Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO). Its offices are located in Isaacs Hall at SIO, Room 100.
