Located on the west side of the Harbor, encompassing one linear mile, Hollywood Beach offers a pristine recreation area as well as a great vantage point to view the Channel Islands extensive wildlife and vegetation. Public restrooms are located at the north end of the beach. Lifeguard services are provided from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Free parking is available on the street or at the Channel Islands Harbor adjacent to Hollywood Beach.
Silver Strand Beach
Located on the east side of the Harbor, encompassing one linear mile of beach, Silver Strand Beach is a world renowned surfing, boogie boarding and body surfing spot. Public restrooms are located at the north end of the beach. Lifeguard services are provided from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Two parking lots are available, one adjacent to San Nicholas Road, the other adjacent to Sawtelle Avenue. Free parking is available from sunrise to sunset.
Beach wheelchairs are available to provide access to sandy areas. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, beach wheelchairs are available for checkout at the main lifeguard tower at the Silver Strand parking lot. During the rest of the year, beach wheelchairs may be checked out from Harbor Patrol at 3900 Pelican Way.

Channel View Park
Channel View Park has picnic tables available and concrete walks. Anacapa Island, the closest island to the mainland, can be seen from this park.
Harbor East Park
Harbor East Park is on the east side of the Harbor, near Channel Islands Sportfishing, and has picnic tables and a turf area.
Harbor View Park
Harbor View Park has picnic tables, restrooms, concrete walks and a turf area. It is the largest park in the harbor.
Peninsula Park has picnic tables, a playground, restrooms, two tennis courts, concrete walks and a turf area.
