Boating Instruction & Safety Center (BISC)
The BISC will provide boating education, marine science courses, exhibits, and activities. The BISC will be operated by California State University Channel Islands, and feature exhibits by the Channel Islands National Park and Marine Sanctuary.
Casa Sirena Redevelopment
Proposed reconstruction of the existing 1960’s era hotel to a modern full service hotel and restaurants. The proposal includes reducing the current building footprint in order to increase public green spaces and improve waterfront access.
Fisherman’s Wharf Redevelopment
Proposed replacement of existing dated retail facility with a mixed-use project including apartments, dining, and shopping. The proposed design is pedestrian-oriented, with a large waterfront promenade and underground parking to improve the appearance of the parcel.
