Join USCG LT Brandon Collins for an engaging presentation on how the events of September 11, 2001, transformed the U.S. Coast Guard’s maritime response. The presentation will include a screening of the short documentary “Boatlift,” narrated by Tom Hanks, highlighting the remarkable maritime evacuation of more than 300,000 people from Manhattan in the aftermath of 9/11.
