Singer-songwriter David Barrette will headline the Channel Islands Harbor’s first-ever on-the-water concert, hosted by Pacific Corinthian Yacht Club (PCYC). Barrette has created one of the largest “raft-up” concerts at Catalina Island, the Cherry Cove Cockpit Concert, which has attracted up to 250 vessels.
