Registration is now open for the 5th Annual Channel Islands Harbor Parade of Frights!

Get your boat ready for a night of Halloween fun on the water. The Parade of Frights is the only Halloween boat parade of its kind on the West Coast, bringing decorated boats, costumes, lights and plenty of spooky spirit to Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard.

The parade begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

First 30 Boats Get a Commemorative Burgee

The first 30 registered boats will receive a special commemorative Parade of Frights burgee — a keepsake for your boat and a reminder of your night on the water.
