The spirits were high, the boats were decked out in spooktacular style, and the Halloween fun was in full swing at the 5th Annual Parade of Frights at Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard!

Congratulations to Ray Greiner, owner of Marika, who took home the coveted Black Pearl Trophy! Ray and his crew lit up the night with their creative decorations and entertaining display, setting the bar high for next year’s parade.

This year’s event brought together more than 25 boaters who showcased their creativity, Halloween spirit, and frightfully fun decorations on the water. From spooky sights to festive displays, the parade delivered a memorable evening for participants and spectators alike.
