You don’t need a boat to enjoy Concert on the Sea!

On Saturday, September 12, 2026, Channel Islands Harbor will host its second annual Concert on the Sea, featuring local music legend Teresa Russell from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Boaters, kayakers and paddleboarders will gather in the main turning basin for a free afternoon of live music on the water.

Watching from Shore? Try Harbor East Park

Harbor East Park, located at 3874 Murre Way Oxnard, CA 93035, is one location that could offer a nice view of the action.

The park’s grassy area and access to public restrooms provides a comfortable place to spread out a blanket or set up a lawn chair while enjoying views toward the main turning basin. Bring a picnic, invite your friends and family, and make an afternoon of it.

Because the concert takes place on the water, the view of the performers may vary depending on where the boats gather. But you’ll still be able to enjoy the music, boats, and harbor atmosphere from shore.
